The Partners Nepal partners with Sahaya International and The Omotani Caring Foundation*.
Sahaya International ( www.sahaya.org ) is a 100% volunteer-based USA-registered 501(c) 3 charity organization (tax ID: 68-0434770). USA citizens who wish to support The Partners Nepal [TPN] projects and work can now make a tax-deductible contribution via Sahaya International. Contributions are tax-deductible in the USA according to standard IRS rules.
Donations to TPN via Sahaya International can be made in several ways:
For online donations (credit card, Venmo, Paypal), go to www.givebutter.org/thepartnersnepal. If you want funds to go towards a specific TPN program, use the “+ Add a message” box to indicate that. Otherwise, TPN will use the funds to go towards the highest needs. After you donate online, you will receive an automated tax receipt via e-mail. Note that if you live outside of the USA, you can donate online to support TPN, but your donation will not be tax-deductible outside of the USA.
To pay by check, make your check payable to “Sahaya International.” Because Sahaya has many programs in different countries, please indicate in a note that your contribution is meant for TPN and which program.
