Family Donated elderly home in memories of their mother, Mrs. Namdu Sherpa

The Partners Nepal is very grateful to Anu Sherpa (son-in-law), Nawang Doka Sherpa, Da Yanji Sherpa, and Tenjing Doma Sherpa, daughters of late Mrs. Namdu Sherpa, for their generous contribution to the Sir Edmund Hillary Memorial Museum and Elderly Care Center in Bung, Solukhumbu, that was launched in 2016. They have dedicated their contribution to honor their beloved mother, Mrs. Namdu Sherpa, who died peacefully at her home in Kathmandu on May 10, 2021, at the age of 78.

Anu Sherpa – Rs. 50,000
Nawang Doka Sherpa – Rs. 50,000
Da Yanji Sherpa – Rs. 50,000
Tenjing Sherpa – Rs. 50,000

The children of the late Mrs. Namdu Sherpa believe that supporting the elderly in Bung who have no one to look after them will make their late mother proud and happy. Thank you again to the children of the late Ms. Namdu Sherpa for your generosity and for recognizing the importance of caring for our elders. The Partners Nepal greatly appreciates your support and encourages more to contribute to society in the future.
